That's 2203...the one the plumber bought.  I consulted him on the floorplan just yesterday and it looks like it will remain a loft style...just much nicer.  Just gotta get someone in the old sausage place on the sw corner now... Is actually 2203 elma.  This place is very, very cool...you'll be impressed when it's done. Do you know anything about the brick, two level building on the southeast corner of Brooklyn and Elma?  It looks like it could be transformed into a cool open floor plan on the lower level.
