No comment, but having been room mates with multiple brooksider employees, the fact that I've found this thread over 10 years later it's not surprising. Maybe there's a cycle like eclipses, but with liquor licenses...

hey, speaking of sounds around 10th and main, what the crap is that high pitch boingy sound that happens in sets of four about every 30 seconds to a minute? some of the advertised low prices for high square footage lofts there are more than likely for the tax subsidized spots, which aren't available in all their buildings. and you have to make below a certain amount to qualify. one of those buildings though is the hanover building which is closer to 1...
