Imagine being so rich you buy a mansion instead of paying for a hotel for one week out of the year.
Probably going to make 3 mil on the flip.

Re: Politics

I think Florida is lost. If they couldn't go blue this year what will change in 2020? Ohio has a chance since Brown got reelected statewide, but will be difficult as the gop will control all of the statehouse. Iowa will be difficult for the same reason. Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania will do ...

There are lots of other improvements I'd like to see done before that anyways. The main one being a redo of the north lawn
Exactly. Always wanted that lawn to look like Versailles, the one in France, not Missouri.

It looks like something called Streetcar Grille & Tavern is going into the retail space of the Helzberg garage at 1524 Main St:

Re: Liberty Memorial Musuem and Penn Valley Park

Not sure how many projectors they are using but for a 32k lumen laser phosphor projector your a talking 100 grand each (no bulbs, no maintenance required). So I'm guessing 400k to 600k to purchase. Anyone know how many projectors they are using? In the summer you wouldn't be able to start projecting...

Yes, I realized that after I posted. I think I forget since it seems unbelievable that it is still the case.

I think I would deliberately leave town every election.
Or have plans to be out of town. How could you know that those plans would change?

Everyone should be early voting and urging others to early vote as well.

Election day is going to be a complete cluster fuck.
There is no early voting in Missouri, only absentee voting.

I agree with WS on term limits. If you suck you should get voted out, if you are awesome we should hate to see you go. Campaign finance is the real issue.

Don't know if any of you have been watching Welcome to Waverly on Bravo! Pretty standard, yet low key and respectful for Bravo, "reality" show about 7 coastal people, liberals, gays, lesbians, middle eastern, African American from south Chicago and so on, spending 6 weeks living and working in Waver...

I'm for legal immigration, I think it makes our country stronger and more interesting. However, I am also for higher wages, which will be a by-product of there being more jobs than workers. Hard to balance.

What does being a republican have to do with being fiscally conservative. Every time the GOP is in power our deficit goes through the roof.
