As another data point, Tank 7 is $4 (13-oz pour) at the Flying Saucer for at least part of the day every day except Saturday...and $6.50 when it's full-price.

Re: Sporting Kansas City

MLS scheduling is going to become...interesting as the league marches towards 28 teams. The easiest way out in a 28-team league would be four 7-team divisions: 2 games against the other six teams in the division + 1 game against the remaining 21 teams = 33 games. This scenario also makes adopting an...

Re: Would you like to see the Royals move to a downtown stadium?

Once you realize that mgsports is a chatbot that's been trained to suggest things that don't currently exist in KC should move here and things that exist only in KC should move elsewhere, all the pieces fall into place.

So...that realistically explains a year (18 months if we're being generous) of the delay?

For their sake, they better hope that's a very profitable location to be worth all those sunk costs.

The flight additions notwithstanding, I wonder if Alaska will move over to Terminal C at some point, as Alaska's codeshare and frequent-flyer agreements with Delta go away at the end of April.
I’ve earned this self-congratulatory post on my 2017 prediction.

Re: OFFICIAL - 909 Walnut

If anyone here has any real-life connections to the principals at Worcester, they *really* need to know that their company is comically inept at communication (or worse, knows it and doesn't care). At the rate they're going, 909 will be a high-rise, modestly nicer version of SouthRidge Apartments in...

If I wanted to "formally" propose an adjustment to an existing route, is there an person, email address, form, etc. that should be used for such things, or does posting it here suffice?

Re: Property Tax Assessments 2019

I don't have the motivation to wade back through the previous posts to see if it's been mentioned, but any sort of information (property class, approximate year built, square footage, large-scale neighborhood it's in, etc.) about the property Steve52 keeps referring to would go a long way in providi...

Is real-time tracking broken? I’ve been listening to a friend say that it’s vanished from Google Maps in the past few days and a spot-check of other apps indicates that it’s patchy at best at the moment.

Despite posting this on a Web forum, our correspondent is otherwise unaware that this is 2019 and the very same device he's posting from can also order and have delivered the (very limited) subset of items that the durable good retailers with a physical presence here may not carry, and, in many case...

C'mon Starbucks, the world needs more instances of this Lewis Black bit.

(Assuming Scooter's wants to try downtown again, they'd be the obvious choice to take over that space.)

Secondary European airports usually* have glass jetways. As those airports are effectively the definition of value engineering, I don't imagine they're more expensive than the metal ones we typically see here.
