I actually found that I like this guy "Stretch", i believe it is ,that Funk selected for the TIF finance committe.. He took alot of criticism from the powers  that be for this selection but after seeing an interview on KCPT with Stretch and Nick Haines, i felt very comfortable with the sel...

Oh, and I googled "wonk" and it comes from "know" backwards and i believe it got started in DC in the late 80's or early 90's  as a term for know it all pundits and politicos!

Midwest is re-introducing seasonal nonstop service to Ft Meyers and expect to hear more from them as the new owners try to rebuild the carrier here and Milwaukee!

there is a cool Natural History museum and botanical garden area in the University Circle area!  Huntington Park beach in Bay Village is a great place to spend an afternoon in the summer. Little Italy, again, near the University circle area is a nice strolling area with good authentic Italian restau...

resurrecting this thread with United announcing nonstop to SF starting in OCT.  the outbound flight competes timewise with Midwest's flight,. but the return provides a convenient 4pm-ish departure from SFO versus Midwest's noon return!

you know,, i am fairly liberal and initially brissled at this story, but the more i think about it, in some ways i agree with her..  Somehow, some way, somebody in that child's life can prepare him/her a lunch to take to school.  i understand certain situations make that very difficult, but come on!...
