Re: Orange Box

Time to update the hours on their website, facebook, yelp, on the building.... :)

Re: wtf is happening to w. 39th?!

The Peanches beer dinner was fantastic. One of the best I've been to (and I go to a lot)! The number/size of courses against the price point was perfect. Re: Orange Box

Tried to eat there Saturday. Pulled up 11am, right when they should have been opening, doors locked and lights off. Wandered down the street and came back 30min later, the same. Have never been before so was excited to try it. What went wrong?

Marble Top Cafe has fantastic meat and friendly/good service. Been to the one on 75th street, in the gas station, it was good but need to try it again. there's the new one by umkc too.

Re: New Westport Italian *powered by WC&B*

why do we think that both restaurants are going to have the same chef? assuming the one at westport cafe focuses on french-ish cuisine and the new restaurant will have another with italian experience?

Re: Fairway vs. Waldo

If you are asking that house specifically, not Waldo in general.  I would go with the Waldo house.  It's "barely" Waldo (just on the other side of Gregory--the Brookside/Waldo dividing line).  You're less than a block from a restaurant/bar, diner, salons and varied other businesses.  Less ...

Re: Grinders

I don't think I've ever had bad service there, but I definitely have had some cold, soggy food on occasion.  But like said above, it's Grinders, I will go back.  It's just disappointing when some of your favorite food (at one of your favorite hangouts) comes out sub par. Which is why I think this fo...
