Ross? Menards? BAM? Bealls? Burlington Coat Factory?? Mejia? BJ'S Wearhouse? Gordman's? Shopko? I think all of them will go on that space, stacked on top a CostCo. Happy days. With a Kohl's on top. 4 layers: Stick a RD4L and a Pizza Ranch on top to make this a Marilyn Hagerty-approved project.
