Re: KCI Flight Schedule Adjustments

Allegiant is starting non stop service to AZA - Phoenix-Mesa - begins October 4, 2017 with fares as low as $45 - Allegiant never runs a daily schedule, so it will probably be like 2 or 3 times weekly

Re: Freshwater - Midtown

A good relocation spot for them would be the spot where the Drop use to be. I really think that area could use fine dining, lots of disposable income in the Union Hill area.

Re: Freshwater - Midtown

I really wish that road would go down to 2 lanes and just have parking on the streets, the road serves no purpose for its own residents, its just a crosstown expressway to get people from Downtown to the Golden Triangle and Ward Parkway

Re: Missouri Amtrak Service

I like that they are exploring the idea of this route, i just don't see this route as being a success. These places are all pretty much very conservative, pro car/ pro interstate kind of people that live in these area. They would rather drive a huge truck from OKC to KC over riding a train. A route ...

These neighborhood associations are just getting awful, I'm sick of them all. They are making HOA's in the burbs look laid back

Re: Best and Worst Suburban Downtowns

Is the actual downtown Lenexa at Pflumm and Santa Fe Trail? I would have put that on my worst list but I really didn't think that could possibly be its downtown. Also I was thinking the City Center stuff was the actual downtown part

I forgot about Leavenworth, actually Leavenworth to me feels like a different metro but Its actually one of my favorite downtown's in all of Kansas probably due to the history of the city, i think most of the Kansas downtown's are very ugly.

I like Mission's Downtown but I think the housing charm in that area is really lacking. Same with Shawnee

Best and Worst Suburban Downtowns

I think I've been to my fair share of our Suburban Downtowns, so I was wondering how would you rank them? What are your top and bottom suburban downtown in terms of walkability, commercial opportunities, historic charm, safety, etc. Here are mine Best 1. Parkville 2. Liberty 3. Lee's Summit 4. Overl...

You know that area would probably be much much worse if the IHOP cult didn't start in the South KC/Grandview area. I think the founders wife is a realtor and I know a lot of IHOP members that move here usually first settle in South KC/Grandview

I have a feeling that privatizing our public infrastructure is going to be a big thing going forward and think its going to screw us over. This administration is already pushing for it.

I feel like Midtown is very safe in terms of walking, I walk my dog at midnight a lot without any issues at all. I think the thing I think that hurts midtown walkability are the Major North/South Roads cutting thru it. At almost any stretch of them they act as basically a freeway, SW Trafficway is t...

I'm suprised MCI-LAX on AA isn't completely gone. That route is offered by Spirit, Delta, AA, and SW. You can sometimes get $50-60 each way on these routes although AA was always the most expensive of the four.
