I really like the way the Ballroom has turned out I even like the Artwork, however I still think the building needs a fountain, it has a a freaking water theme but no fountain.

There is an article in the KC Star today about a man in Pennsylvania who has several original KC Street Cars, and the possibility of refurbishing them and using them for a starter lightrail line.

What KC could use on the Plaza are a few high end stores like Chanel, Prada or Gucci. Those places, while not for us common folk, bring up outsider perspectives of a city.
