Re: How much for a trolley down 18th?

There is an article in the KC Star today about a man in Pennsylvania who has several original KC Street Cars, and the possibility of refurbishing them and using them for a starter lightrail line.

Re: a Westport Saturday night.

^ In deed it is but I find that people tend to emphasis when a person is a minority and very often on the news you will notice that when an individual is white, they do not say anything about race, they will merely say a male in his twenties vs black male or hispanic male. Again I am not trying to s...

Re: a Westport Saturday night.

I never implied that you were a racist, and I totally understand your sentiments about being comfortable around what is familiar to you. However as an African American, I have to question the reason behind peoples obsession with the color of someone who commits a crime. Like yesterday the first thin...

Amazing pictures, you get a totally different perspective of the the city from above. I would love to see the East Side from above to get an idea of the potential development over there.

Re: a Westport Saturday night.

Thats unfortunate, sorry to hear that happened to you. I just have one question why did you caps the fact that they were BLACK. Not trying to start any controversy, but why is the race of the jerks who did this to you that important.

Re: New Plaza Hotel/Retail?

What KC could use on the Plaza are a few high end stores like Chanel, Prada or Gucci.  Those places, while not for us common folk, bring up outsider perspectives of a city.  I think an elitist store or two would be good for the old Mark Shale space on the Plaza. I agree with you on this and I also ...
