Bill Nigro endorses Lucas. I thought that guy was a racist?
If using racial epithets to denigrate a person of a different race makes you a racist then Bill Nigro is a racist by definition.

Plan showed up today on Compass for conversion of 15th-17th floors from office to residential. Assuming this would be another 30 units based on the earlier conversion of 18-20. KCDowntown Is the plan to convert the entire building to residential as space becomes available? When I worked in the buil...

Re: City Center Square for sale

The Chinese place has 3 years left on their lease and they have said they refuse to move even though the new owners are trying to force them out by taking all the seating away and generally trying to bully them out of business. Good! I eat there at least once per week and will continue to do to hel...

The ground floor of the expansion is only parking from what I can tell--no retail space.

Plaza Liquor requesting a package license for 1801 McGee, suite 101. Used to Ochsner Hare & Hare, which moved to Centric's old space on Main. Exciting! We could use a decent liquor store. Cosentino's is good but a little limited and a smidgen expensive compared to other shops. Plaza has a great sel...

I still think a stylized 3 would look nice. Something like the 3 mobile logo from the UK:

I'll keep an eye out for a temporary sidewalk detour as we approach 14 days closed. Especially important on the drag strip that is Grand.

I've heard it's Stueve Siegel relocating.
Curious what they'll do with the rest of the building. Can't imagine that firm needs 8 floors. Room for growth I suppose!
That would be a lot of growth for a 20 attorney firm
Maybe the floors are real small!

So I work at Burns & Mac, and I guess we are involved and have started working on some amount of design. My source says it is an 8 story building for a law firm that is relocating from the plaza area. I've heard it's Stueve Siegel relocating. Curious what they'll do with the rest of the building. C...
