I tried doing a quick google search, but didn't find anything on the michael kors store.  When are they planning a store opening?

I used to live close to the Scottsdale Nordstrom Rack, and it was packed all of the time.  This will definitely be an added bonus to the shopping center, as it still needs a bit of a face lift.  But the congestion in the area will only increase.  Either way, I'm very excited, I know I'll be shopping...

I recieved an e-mail from Kona Grill last week.  They are closing temporarily to renovate the restaurant. I think they are only closing for three days, and then having a re-opening party on a Friday later this month.

I've only been shopping at the Legends a hand full of times.  I really thought it already was established as an outlet mall also!  I hope it wouldn't turn into another Great Mall of the Great Plains, but I think the difference here is timing.  People are becoming more tuned into their spending habit...

I live fairly close to this intersection and I really can't imagine anything else going in that building.  They should just redevelop the whole corner...wishful thinking
