Re: OFFICIAL - New KCI Terminal

Yeah I"ve always wondered what is below that tape. The count for economy lot seems unnecessary but for that surface lot it would sure be helpful if one is deciding to park there as the alternatives are a spendy garage lot and maybe not enough time to loop back to economy for that option.

Re: T-Mobile Center (formerly Sprint Center)

Yeah the seats need replaced.

Re: T-Mobile Center (formerly Sprint Center)

Dunno where the smoking area is. Just seemed like a dead area something could be done there and the Grand entrance is still pretty backed up most events.

Re: T-Mobile Center (formerly Sprint Center)

Says posted here late April https://www.kcmo.gov/city-hall/departments/finance/office-of-management-and-budget-omb $3.3M for TMO. I was at the Big 12 and I thought one thing they could do is carve another entrance in where that circle drive is where McGee ends. I don't think I've ever seen that driv...

This is pretty well thought out and sums up how I feel.

But no matter what rational points I make to people, the #1 pushback I get is "DON'T HELP BILLIONAIRES!"
Thanks!

Re: Downtown Baseball Stadium

They said Oak will remain open, they didn't say it will remain straight. I dropped some basic drawings in here months ago showing how a small stadium could work while adjusting Oak a bit. Very common around baseball stadiums. Hard to imagine how they'll fit a stadium strictly between Oak and Grand....

Great day overall for the neighborhood and good will towards yes votes.
It's panderinfg because they are behind. The average voter isn't going to care about keeping Oak open.
Then it would make no sense to make this change if nobody cares.
