Hi people, I am new to the forum -- this is my first post. I would like to have a party for my daughter when she turns 16 this March. My guess is 25-30 people. Her friends are in a rock band so I would probably have them play. No alcohol. Adult supervised. I would love to have it in a space dow...

My newly discovered favorite in KC is Los Tules at 1656 Broadway. Try the ultimate quesadilla -- it is da bomb!

I dined at this cafe over the summer and had a great experience. The patio area was super nice -- something you don't see very often downtown.

YJ's is definitely in a class by itself. I can't say that I have ever been anywhere like it. I didn't exactly come away with that WOW impression, it was more of a "huh, that was wierd" feeling. Still makes me curious when I walk by to poke my head in and see what is going on...
