Considering KC doesn't have a strong research university is surprising KC is doing well in these categories. But could even be better with stronger research universities.

Re: B&B Entertainment District

You should go to a B&B, it’s also a food place B&B, if it like the West Shawnee location, is laughably a food place. AMC forks and screen might be a food place, but B&B chicken strips and microwaved hamburgers hardly qualify. The B&B in Liberty has a Jazz bar and grille inside. that makes more sense

My definition of affordable housing is a design is so mundane it's replaceable and no one would care. It doesn't mean it's not well made but that the actual design should be little more than acceptable. It's projects where economy of scale is more important than amenities. It's the same layout, fix...

Same is true on the 4400 block of Forest. Most houses are listed in the 30-40k Market valuation, but one house is listed at over $111k, jumping from at $20k valuation in 2017....again, probably a mistake given no one else on the street jumped. 4433 Forest got a complete rehab. I personally tell people all the time that KC doesn't have a "gay district" that Kc in general is the gayborhood. Gays everywhere! Not that I agree, but according to Zillow - KC's gayborhood is Longfellow which they say has 5.7% same-sex couples https://www.zillow.com/research/affordably-priced-gay...
