Growing up in Lenexa and Overland Park, the Plaza very much seemed like downtown to me. It wasn't until high school or maybe even college that I realized that the plaza and downtown are much different. From a suburban, outsider perspective, it's all downtown.

Well, district specific - that makes sense. Duh. Is the plaza just one district? Does it overlap with another?
