Re: 21Ten Roof Problems?

The figures I have heard would not require price reductions of "tens of thosands of dollars."
Maybe it is some combination of the roof problems, the poor market, and/or desperation, but that is what I heard.

If you know more, please illuminate us.

Re: 21Ten Roof Problems?

No idea.  I did hear this from a friend who spoke with a current resident so I'm pretty confident it is true.

21Ten Roof Problems?

I just heard that the 21Ten roof has problems and that all the units are going be assessed (a lot) in the near future. Can anyone else confirm?  If true -- what a bummer if they can't keep the rooftop deck. I've been told that a number of sellers in the building have recently dropped their asking pr...

Re: Urban Living Tour

Great pics, Pumpkin!

I wasn't able to get downtown today to check out 21Ten so I am setting up a viewing some time this week.  I also want to get back to the FHL.  I love the location.

Re: Urban Living Tour

I liked the Freight House Lofts as well.  I thought the roof deck, though small, was very nice and had a lovely southern view.  The addition of covered parking spaces will be nice.  I've mostly been looking downtown, but the FHL had me seriously thinking about Crossroads. Campbell was OK.  The Reser...

Re: Buyer's Agent

I tried to look her up on the R&N website, but her name did not come up.  Do you have contact information and/or know if she still works there?

Re: Buyer's Agent

Does anyone have a rec for a buyer's agent for the river market/central business district/crossroads area?    I randomly contacted someone through the Urban Living Center and was not impressed.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Best Lofts In 350-450 Range Downtown?

Thanks, K.C. Highrise!  I'm looking at a couple of their for-sale units soon.  I'll definitely ask about how the residents are liking the new ownership.

(And thanks, coreyo for the tip re: tax abatement.)

Re: Best Lofts In 350-450 Range Downtown?

If I remember right, these are not tax abated. Double check me, but keep that in mind.
I believe you are right.  No tax abatement is a bummer, but I'm also curious what people know about the building, security, management, etc.

Not to get entirely off topic, but does anyone have thoughts on 21Ten?
