Since the current model doesn't work any where else in the city, I'd be curious to hear about any funding mechanism that isn't a regional plan.

There was nothing less dense that the crossroads pre-streetcar and it seems to be booming now. The extension has the advantage of lots of residential within walking distance.

Also the reason HIllary lost to Trump wasn't because she was old and establishment, it was because she was Hillary Clinton. It is quite the beautiful hotel. Great design aspects and use of space. Service is a bit spotty, but to be expected at this stage of their roll out. Lobby/bar area is serving breakfast/lunch/dinner, not sure about the last two, but breakfast was quite good. Italian restaurant is scheduled to be open...

yeah that's pretty aggressive, but good to see. i can't imagine they all survive given the increasingly crowded beer market, but the more the merrier. there are several breweries on the east side of the metro now too (crane, new axiom, smoke, east 40, fringe). BKS Artisan Ales also seems to be doin...

I think it will be fine, though I agree the renderings were a bit misleading, but aren't they usually? It is marketing after all.
