I'd be thrilled if this could kick start a conversation about Belleview/Madison, Westport triangle and even SW trafficway. I think this will be the first development west of that whole hot mess since the streetcar passed.

Development and business will boom. It's a true irony that people complain about traffic and surface parking. Development and business will boom. It's a true irony that people complain about traffic and surface parking. IMO you are better off advocating from within an established neighborhood association than creating a new structure alone (perhaps do both). the city is more deferential to established associations -- business and residential.
