Visited the Startup Village during the Startup Crawl last week. It's pretty much just a bunch of dudes living in a house together coding away.

what a great spot to add some nightly action. the zoo bar is going to have some more regular young urban professionals.

Release wild bison into the CBD downtown once a week.

It'd be cool to see a riverfront entertainment space + pier. Maybe a true steam boat replica that does dinner/dinning boat cruises. It could totally fit with an attraction as a cultured Paris of The Plains + Mark Twain + Wild West + Jazz and Folk music + Wizard of Oz + Oregon Trail.

I really like that they're adding the ability to add more time to your meter from your phone.
