The WW I Memorial. Is that the  same one that was used in a scene from the movie "The Day After" It was about life after a nuclear attack. Were scenes from that movie filmed there? I believe the movie came out around 1983.

I agree.  NFL football s/b played in open air stadiums.  I was disappointed when StL chose to build a dome instead of an open air stadium for the Rams.  So, I can't say I'm too disappointed to say a new open air stadium may be in the works. It's been said before  but it should be up to the owner of the establishment as to whether it is smoking or non-smoking. I can agree on banning it at restaurants where people are trying to eat. If you own an establishment it should be up to the owner if they want to have smoking or not. With that being said, if your establishment is mainly a restaurant and teh bulfk of your sales is food then I can see a ban inside.
