Seems like a great place for a nice outdoor patio restaurant.

Watch this parcel closely. Haven’t heard good rumors.

The murals look fine.

It has been said before, but I'll say it again, the street level experience along the building was done very well. That was definitely the most important thing for me. I'm not as concerned about the wall of glass.

Re: We need a new airport!!!

Upon rewatching, something worth highlighting is that they will build the current terminal's systems (baggage, entry/exit, ticketing, etc) to handle 42 gates. They will simply be able to slap on another 3 gates if they need to. If they did need to expand to 50 in the future, they would need to add a...

Go to around the 33:30 minute where Shields starts asking questions. She does a good job clarifying what the hell they were saying.

Re: We need a new airport!!!

Nope. I understand how compound math works. You’re making assumptions based off incomplete information. Did you watch the presentation? They literally said 4% growth is not sustainable, do not anticipate that to continue over the long term, and understand there will likely be a recession at some poi...

Planning for a larger expnasion project and more initial gates doesn't indic8ate we are opening a terminal in 2022 at full capacity...whomever is suggesting that is being silly Right. I watched the presentation. They said they are going to build 39 so that they have excess capacity upon opening. B ...

I wonder how long it will take everyone to figure out they're being trolled. Literally every post has been bait. The possibility hasn't gone unnoticed by the people you'd want/expect to notice this kind of thing and it's been under a bit of discussion. The situation is being loosely monitored, but ...

Unlike elected officials, we're not supposed to engage with CPC outside of the hearings so they are not biased to any project. If a developer or other person does try to influence a member that member should recuse themselves.
