Hey, I think that looks pretty good!  I love that they incorporated the crown and had the points of it be stars for the All-Stars, cool touch.  Awesome that it is in the scoreboard shape too - a very definite Royals feel to it. I think this, or even just being lit well in white lights would be awesome.  Sadly it has been so dark for years.  One of the best outcomes if it becomes the hotel is that it can become a beacon/landmark in the night skyline again!
