Should change title to aquarium.. How big is 50Ksqft? Wonder where they would put it. KC could use an aquarium. Hope it's on the scale of being a destination and not a side thingy that happens to be there. $15M might not build a destination aquarium though and maintenance is not cheap. For a go...
