Re: Condo for Lease - Wallstreet Tower

Have you considered daily/weekly leasing as a virtual BnB? There is apparently good money in it if having great unit in great location. But you'd have to keep it up in between visitors. Many are buying condos dedicated to doing this... https://www.airbnb.com/s/Kansas-City--MO?source=bb With high oc...

Re: Foodies, step up and rep on Anthony Bourdain: No Reserva

I read that Tony wanted the episode to be over the top BBQ. I am not really sure why he wanted this, but that is what I read: http://blog.travelchannel.com/anthony-bourdain/read/bbq-apocalypse/ Specifically, this quote from the blog: "There is a lot more to see—and to eat— in Kansas City than barbec...

Re: What Type of Heating and Air Conditioning Do You Have in

Wallstreet Tower has individual units for each condo. The building has 6 elevator shafts, but 2 were decommissioned and floors were installed for each floor of the building. The individual units are stored here and each individually metered. Our monthly billing shows individual usage.

Re: TIME TO FREAK OUT AGAIN ABOUT CONFERENCE REALIGNMENT! TH

Report also states that if Missouri leaves, Big 12 to make more offers to Louisville, West Virginia, Cincinnati and BYU. That's 13 teams!!! Take that, Big 10! We're the Big 13 now. Offers do not = acceptances, but yes, that would be 13 if they all showed up. Throw in a service academy and lets for ...

Multiple reports that TCU has been offered Big 12 seat - http://brett-mcmurphy.blogs.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entry/29532522/32536916 Report also states that if Missouri leaves, Big 12 to make more offers to Louisville, West Virginia, Cincinnati and BYU. I think TCU is a good add with a strong footba...

Re: What to do in Tulsa

There is also this decent Chili Dog Place downtown, I think it's called Coney Island Coney Islanders are all over Tulsa (as well as OKC). They are family owned hotdogs stands that typically have a very ethnic twist. The DT Tulsa location is owned by a Greek family and serves the usual hotdog fare p...

A couple of years down the road, and I might have been very interested. We loved that building when we toured it a few years ago.   Best of luck.  If you don't mind saying, where is home? Thanks.
