Re: St. Louis' 4101 Manchester

That's pretty cool! The Grove is such an eclectic neighborhood...this should fit right in...maybe? That site is the Manchester Ave. gateway on the east side. Great location.

On another note...any news on the Foundary project off Forest Park Ave.?

Re: Downtown Mission/ The Gateway

This site has been quiet for the last several weeks. I realize the weather hasn't been great...but things are totally silent. Anybody have any news?

Interesting, it's not on the plans either.

You can see it in this photo

the 2 story open space at the bottom will be the outdoor terrace off the bar. It should be nice and quiet place to enjoy a cocktail!

^I think Price just bought that. If so don't expect anything to happen anytime soon. I think they bought the Lockton tower as well.

Re: Maxwell-Briscoe Garage at 1612 Grand

^ That lot is actually the first level of the former building located there. The surface lot is actually the roof of the garage for 1612 and is linked through a basement level. Access is via the alley west.

Re: Hotel Bravo- 17th and Wyandotte

^Ambassador's garage is basically the podium for the room tower above. Surprisingly there is only room for 8-9 cars in there. It's not that deep. Parking will still be to the east on surface.

I love what Butch is doing, but hate that crappy/cheap wood look.
