you can't tell that from a few skyline pics.
there is actually a nice office district spawning in south minne, several million sf; but its build to suit stuff which doesn't exist in the other firms reports.

Omaha, I was talking about your pic/post of St Paul, saying "it compared to KC." I think that is crap. Minneapolis has more residential high-rises downtown than KC, you need to consider that some of thier skyline is residential. Minneapolis has alot less crime and a far more homogenous po...

KC ranks abnormally high for total office space
Also, just downtownKC has more office space than all of StL city, Detroit city. Add midtown/Plaza and KC apparently has more than the entire Minneapolis city. So the sprawl factor doesn't seem to jive. And soon, downtown KC could pass up downtown Minneapolis in space with the addition of HR Block, ...

but that is not an accurate way to determine the height of a building given number of stories and format. so i figured out what bridge place's (a different, proposed condo whose height and floor count is already known) floor to floor height was (11.3') and multiplied that by the number of stories, y...

our newest planned condo tower has floors of 11.3' and the 50 story developer did specifically mention high ceilings as one of the selling points.

whoops, i missed the date. are there plans for the p & l building? i think a new, 50 story would problably still be taller as it would sit around 560' (using bridge place's 11.3' floors).

yup, tallest in every midwest state except Illinois. i must interject: there are two planned in minneapolis which could potentially unseat the 909. bridge place at 39 stories would rise to 144 meters, but thats to the top of the spire. however, there is a 50 story planned which would no doubt be hi...
