Re: City Center Square for sale

this rumor is wild and i am here for it, pipe dream though it may be. but back to my chief interest, counter eats and their proximity to me. i hope wrap it up gets some of that target money in exchange for giving up their lease, and i hope they spend that target money expanding hours. 9th and baltim...

Re: Parlor - 1707 Locust

Not sure. It basically becomes loud(er) music and well-dressed youths carrying on but not really buying food. can confirm, basically this. more noise more people and not a proportional increase in buying (food, at least). i always sit upstairs. vildehast gets by far the smallest amount of traffic o...

Re: City Center Square for sale

agreed, surprised that's not a breach of the leases. certainly doesn't endear the new landlord to this unimportant stakeholder. i get the general sentiment that some of these places might do better or have better hours in a different spot, but i don't think wrap it up is particularly likely to benef...

Re: City Center Square for sale

Re: OFFICIAL - 909 Walnut

seating on the sidewalk was out yesterday, appropriately sized/not disruptive. happy with that. sounds like the worcester folks have not curried favor with 909 residents/staff. maybe running the maintenance team out of the building and letting issues go unaddressed while simultaneously handing out q...

When the the Heart of America Athletic Conference's (re-named Heart of America Conference or "HAC") teams moved to Division I from NAIA Division II for the 2008-09 season (can't belive it's been almost10 years already), the NAIA granted the HAC three auto bids to the national tournament. All other ...
