At least ours changes color and has moving clouds Clouds are so cheap looking though, and they keep using the same color. It would be a shame if one neighborhood’s entitlement hampered the expansion of the streetcar for the whole city. But it would be a very Kansas City thing to have happen.

Everything seems fine to me. I just wish I could afford to live there instead of the crappy, tragically vinyl-sided bungalow I’m about to move to.

Maybe draw a TDD between Quality Hill-Kemper Arena-Downtown KCK? And get matching funding from a private partner like Foutch Brothers? It would be a nice addition to the view of the skyline from the west. I really like this idea.
