It's a shame it's not full. When I first moved to Quality Hill, Tanner's was always full on the weekends, and fairly full on most other nights.

I don't think they realize that Kansas City is probably the best location for the museum. You are probably correct they are just looking for incentives to stay.

It's called 47 Madison. It was approved by the City in June, 2017. Either Block hasn't lined up all the financing, or they are waiting for to get on a schedule for a construction company or a crane.

I would have to *strongly* disagree. People care about buildings that currently have no function, just because of the unique architecture or other aesthetic benefits.
