Keep in mind that most people who are registered Democrats in our country are still establishment Democrats. Don't overestimate the population of progressive Democrats. They tend to congregate in a few coastal states that are already safe Democratic strongholds in the electoral college. What elects ...

Re: Plaza move-ins (ongoing)

Wonder if anyone stated the fact that this area is next to a bunch of restaurants and like 4 blocks from the Plaza so there would really be no need to use a car to get around. Also I think people visiting would more than likely use uber or lyft to get around, so there is no need to get lost and roa...

https://i.imgur.com/W5NSiVm.jpg I can't believe they are still designing retail buildings in projects like this without putting at least two floors of apartments on top of the buildings. I will give them credit for putting some apartments on the edge of the project. Still, have developers and urban...

Beto will also no longer be a congressman if he loses the race for Senate, since he is vacating the seat to run for the Senate. Sure he could run, but he's be running against several people with a lot more name r...

Building at S. 18th and Pacific, KCKS

Does anyone know anything about this building? It appears to be a former school--now called Alcott Arts Center. It's across from the Sunfresh Market at S. 18th and Pacific. I never see any activity there. It seems like it would be a perfect building to renovate into apartments. Every time I drive pa...
